Dr. Boris Hinz, Laboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration, Matrix Dynamics Group

Dr. Boris Hinz, Laboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration, Matrix Dynamics Group has been invited as Associate Editor of the journal Wound Repair and Regeneration (September 2011).

Dr. Hinz has also been elected president of the European Tissue Repair Society for a term of
2 years (October 2011).

"Congratulations to Elena Zimina for receiving a 2.5 years CIHR post-doctoral fellowship for her project: "The role of kindlin-2 in myofibroblast differentiation and mechanotransduction". Elena is working in the Laboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration, PI Boris Hinz.


Boris Hinz, PI of the Laboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration joined the CIHR Training Program in Regenerative Medicine (TPRM) as a mentor in June 2011
